Jennifer and Peter’s Pre-Wedding Shoot in Derbyshire

No wedding previews for me to blog this week, so today is the perfect chance to share more of my favourite images from Jennifer and Peter’s Pre-wedding shoot in Derbyshire.

Jennifer and Peter get married in just under two weeks at Callow Hall in Ashbourne Derbyshire and when they booked me to photograph their wedding they were keen on having a portrait session to warm up to their big day.

With Sadie in tow Jennifer and Peter came south from Manchester to the Peak National Park for an afternoon shoot. The results as you can see, are some beautiful portraits in a fantastic setting.

Emma and Matt’s Masa Wedding Previews

And so the wedding weekend continued, this time a little closer to home with the wedding of Emma and Matt at Masa in Derby.

Just when we had given up on the promise of clear skies and a little heat wave, things turned around and on Saturday the temp peaked as Emma and Matt welcomed in the new stage of their lives together.

First it was over to their family home to photograph Matt’s final preparations before making my way to Emma’s parents home to meet up with Emma and her Bridesmaids.

Following the ceremony the afternoon was spent at Masa with some fine dining and dancing with a live soundtrack provided by the cool trio of Dammit Jack.

Isabelle and James’ Thoresby Riding Hall Wedding Previews

I don’t think there’s one person out there who will disagree that Friday’s are one of the greatest days of the week. Especially when you get to spend them at weddings, with couples like Isabelle and James, then that Friday feeling just becomes that much better!

Nottinghamshire’s Thoresby Riding Hall was where it all happened, an ambient setting made personal with little touches from Isabelle and James. 

Friends and family came from north, south and that great mass in between that I like to call home to celebrate with Isabelle and James and being there into the evening meant I was able to capture it all.

Emma and Gary’s Engagement Shoot

So as promised today is the day that I share a few more of my favourites from Emma and Gary’s Engagement Shoot.

Emma and Gary recently relocated to Derbyshire from their home in Devon and within weeks Gary proposed to Emma on Christmas day. Having not been in Derbyshire for long we decided that it’d be great if I showed them around some of the sights whilst on our portrait session.

Emma and Gary are having a winter wedding at The Peak Edge Hotel later this year, a venue that hosted one of my favourite weddings in 2014, so I’ll be looking forward to heading up that way again.

Fataha and Adam’s Sopley Mill Wedding Previews

It feels really good to get the 2015 wedding season on the way and even better do it with the fabulous couple Fataha and Adam who held their wedding at Sopley Mill, a beautiful wedding venue in Hampshire.

I started my day with Fataha, her Bridesmaids and family at her and Adam’s home in Dorchester before we went along the coast to Christchurch for the ceremony and celebrations at Sopley Mill.

Fataha and Adam couldn’t have hoped for better settings having been graced with the hottest day of 2015 and at a stunning venue like Sopley Mill they definitely made the most of the sunshine.

So for now I’ll hold off on sharing any more details as it is just the preview and instead will share some of my favourite moments for you to enjoy.
