Rachel and Haydn’s candlelit wedding in Staffordshire

This intimate candlelit wedding of Rachel and Haydn’s in Staffordshire is next up on the blog with plenty of beautiful moments to be shared here and on my Facebook page.

Rachel and Haydn’s wedding celebrations brought them North from their home in Hampshire to Castle Hill House on the Tutbury Castle estate in Staffordshire, with friends and family also making their way from all around the UK.

With all of the wedding party staying at Castle Hill House the atmosphere was buzzing on arrival with celebrations in the festive season already well underway.

The dark and moody skies that cascaded down onto the town of Tutbury only added to the atmosphere as Rachel and Haydn exchanged their vows within the candlelit St Mary’s Church.

Here are a few of my favourite moments of which you can also see and share on my Facebook page.

Emma and Gary’s Peak Edge Hotel Wedding

Last few weddings from 2015 coming to the blog in the next few days, starting with Emma and Gary’s festive wedding at The Peak Edge Hotel in Derbyshire.

Having relocated to Derbyshire from Devon in late 2014, Emma and Gary’s exploration of the Peak District started with an Engagement Shoot in the high peaks so it was great to continue that story on a cold and windy day just down the road.

My morning started at Emma’s parents home where she was getting ready with her family before driving over the dales for her and Gary’s ceremony and reception at the Peak Edge Hotel.

Rachel and Haydn’s Wedding Previews

My penultimate wedding of 2015 and it was a beautiful way to draw to a close with Rachel and Haydn’s intimate candlelit church ceremony in Tutbury, Staffordshire.

Such dramatic settings with dark and heavy rain clouds hanging above Castle Hill House, Rachel and her entourage braved the strong winds as they walked the short distance to St. Mary’s. Then once inside the pockets of candlelit were just enough to illuminate the faces of their friends and family, but the ornate high ceilings of St. Mary’s were lost to the shadows.

Following the ceremony the wedding party went back to Castle Hill on the grounds of Tutbury Castle to continue their celebrations.

Emma and Gary’s Peak Edge Hotel Wedding Previews

My festive weddings begun with Emma and Gary’s wedding at The Peak Edge Hotel, with most of their guests making the journey north from Devon to what was a very gusty Derbyshire.

Gary proposed to Emma on Christmas Day 2014 and when I first met them just a few weeks later, their plans for a winter wedding at the Peak Edge Hotel were already well laid.

11 months later and with an Engagement Shoot in-between it was great to see all of their work come together and their friends and family were treated to such a great occasion.

Here are some previews of some of my favourite moments of which you can also see and share on my Facebook page.
