Becky and Grant’s Destination Wedding at Casa de los Bates

Casa de los Bates, a small piece of paradise that could quite easily go unnoticed as you meander between the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. However with Becky spending many of her childhood years living in the Andalucia, Becky and Grant along with their planner Paula knew exactly where to head for their Spanish destination wedding.

An early evening ceremony in Casa de los Bates beautiful gardens was perfectly timed for when the 90-degree temperatures would start to make their descent towards the more comfortable 80’s with few Spanish fans on hand to keep Becky and Grant’s guests cool.

The terrace of the 19th century house provided the perfect viewing area to watch the sun set over the Granada province during the wedding breakfast before guests headed back down the impressive red-carpeted steps to the reception.

The celebrations went on late into the warm Spanish evening and here are a few of my favourite moments that you can also see and share on my Facebook page.

Kathleen and Todd’s Turks & Caicos Destination Wedding Previews

Very excited to be sharing previews of this cool Turks and Caicos Destination Wedding of Kathleen and Todd, maybe in a slight attempt to ignore the grey skies above my Derbyshire office.

The first time I met Kathleen and Todd was following some amusing circumstances that resulted in Todd finding an alternative sleeping arrangement just of the beaches of Cancun, Mexico. So just over a year later I was more than pleased to be joining them across the Caribbean Sea for their beach destination wedding at the Seven Stars resort on Grace Bay.

Kathleen’s bridal preparations were a little more active than most, with her favourite Disney movie setting the tone for a Little Mermaid inspired boat trip.

Being a qualified scuba diver it wasn’t a surprise to see Kathleen and her entourage taking to the water, the perfect way to chill out before the beach ceremony.

Here are few of my favourite moments from Kathleen and Todd’s Turk’s and Caicos Destination Wedding that you can also see and share on my Facebook Page.

Jade and Steve Ibiza Destination Wedding Previews

Jade and Steve’s Ibiza Destination Wedding at Whitecaps Villa in Es Canar is next up on the blog with a handful of images to preview.

Jade and Steve, the perfect hosts! Having arrived in Ibiza with their family a few days before their wedding at Whitecaps Villa, they couldn’t do enough to make sure that the only thing their friends and family could do once they landed in the Balearic’s was to relax… preferably pool side, with one hand holding a creative cocktail expertly mixed by Steve’s bro Graham.

And so that’s how they rolled for the next few days, those mellow Ibiza vibes firmly established by the time it came to their wedding day.

Here are a few moments from Jade and Steve’s late evening wedding at Whitecaps Villa Ibiza. You can also see and share these on my Facebook Page.

Becky & Grant’s Spanish Destination Wedding Previews

Let the wedding photography previews commence! Starting with the brilliant Spanish Destination Wedding of Becky and Grant at Casa De Los Bates in Motril.

Rebecca’s ties to Southern Spain started early in life when she lived there for much of her childhood. Now with parents living in Spain and it being one of the family’s favourite holiday destinations it only seemed fitting to invite their friends out to celebrate their marriage.

The scorching mid thirties of Motril, Granada was a sharp contrast to the sub zero wintery Manhattan where we first met. So as you can expect on this occasion it didn’t take too long before cuffs and collars were being loosened.

Here are a few previews from Becky and Grant’s destination wedding in Spain, of which you can also see and share on my Facebook Page.

Aleece and Tim’s Mexico Destination Wedding

Today I share the last part of Aleece and Tim‘s destination wedding celebrations in Cancun, Mexico with my favourite moments from their wedding at Fiesta Americana Condesa

Fay and Dan’s destination wedding in New York City was where I first met Aleece and Tim, only days after they got engaged. Since then I’ve been privileged to be able to photograph the events leading up to their own destination wedding in Mexico.

After a few days of topping up tans and drinking cocktails the wedding party reached the business end of the celebrations. So in the afternoon of their wedding day I spent some time photographing the separate preparations of both Aleece and Tim at the Fiesta Americana.

With panoramic views across the Caribbean Sea, Aleece and Tim’s outdoor ceremony settings were breathtaking, the vivid blue tones of the sky and the sea accentuated by a strip of warm yellow sands.

Animated melodies of the Mariachi band provided the perfect upbeat soundtrack whilst guests sipped on cocktails before heading inside for the wedding reception.

The evening celebrations continued with hands only taking a break from dancing and clapping to grasp tequila shots and toast to the happy couple.

I hope you enjoy looking at my favourite moments from Aleece and Tim’s destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico that are also available on my Facebook page.
